Ingredients:
- 1 package pawTreats® Gourmet Baking Mix Snicker'doodles'
- ½ cup water
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- Pumpkin purée (canned or homemade)*
- Whipped cream
- Ground cinnamon (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Heat oven to 325°F.
- In a medium bowl, combine one package of baking mix with ½ cup water, ¼ cup vegetable oil and one egg.
- Stir until fully blended and smooth.
- Spoon batter into an ungreased cupcake or mini cupcake tin.
- Bake 15–18 minutes for mini pupcakes or 20–22 minutes for standard size.
- Allow to rest in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack or plate to cool completely.
- Once cooled, add a teaspoon of pumpkin purée and a small dollop of whipped cream.
- Finish with a light sprinkle of ground cinnamon.
This recipe yields 12 standard pupcakes or 20–24 minis.
*Note: Please ensure the pumpkin purée used is safe for pets and doesn't contain any added spices or sweeteners.
