Step One: Prepare the Taco Shells

1. Pour one package of Snicker’doodles’ Gourmet Baking Mix into a medium bowl.
2. Add 1⁄2 cup water and 1⁄4 cup vegetable oil. Mix until a soft, dough-like consistency forms.
3. Using your hands, shape the dough into small taco shells.
4. Bake at 325°F for 25–30 minutes, until firm and lightly golden.
5. Allow shells to cool completely before assembling.

Step Two: Assemble the Taco Bites
