Favorite quote:
Right now it is “If I want to achieve any new thing in my life, the questions is never, Can I do it? The question is always, What am I willing to give up in order to get it?” -Rachel Hollis
Favorite experience as a leader:
Watching petPros smash their goals and accomplish what they thought was impossible. I had started working with a leader petPro who had big goals, but needed more support to get there. When she reached out to me, I knew she was ready! We started out on a 6 week business coaching session. The success she had in 6 weeks was impressive! She set the course herself and knew what she could handle. Then it turned into a weekly commitment. She held up that end of the deal every week, she was coachable and showed up with new results. Her confidence began to grow, her loyal customers grew, her team grew and her income grew. Her goals were big!
In one year and one month she was able to hit a large income goal with her pawTree business!! Her hard work, dedication and strong will to never give up is changing her life! This is just one of many proud moments you get to have as you help others to get to where they want to be!
Favorite word of advice:
Don't give up the beginning is always the hardest! If you are a new petPro or a seasoned petPro, I suggest you, jump in and never look back! Just keep moving forward! When Brad and I joined we made a 3 year commitment to this journey, we are now committed for a lifetime. It has been 6 years now. We knew starting a Direct Sales business wasn't going to be easy, but we were going to give it our all!
This secret to building a pawTree business is gathering loyal ez ship customers and building a team. If I got a nickel for every time someone said No, to me I would be rich! No’s happen!! In the beginning it took time to find my niche with pawTree. I had to be coachable and listen to what was working.
Then I found the secret sauce!! TSA= Talk....Share....Ask, this was it!! I talk dog to everyone, share samples, stories or videos and then Follow up! Just when you think you are talking to enough people, go talk to more people. Many leaders have already made mistakes, so you could have success. Ask any Vice President petPro out there what works and they will tell you to be patient. It takes passion, dedication, and hard work. My biggest advice to new petPro’s is to make goals, create a schedule, and never give up!
